Pending Immigration Reform Legislation

The Senate has proposed legislation that changes the hiring process (CIRA, S.2611). The changes include:

Mandatory use of Electronic Eligibility Verification System (EEVS)
Use of IMAGE to verify the authenticity of a worker's documents, including digital photographs for comparison (coming to our I-9 Solution in Summer, 2007)
Use of EEVS' audit features to flag multiple uses of the same names and Social Security Numbers (our I-9 Solution ALREADY has this capability).
