How It Works: Four Simple Steps
Become a client by clicking one of the Sign Up Here links located throughout our site. Fill out the form with all the required information, enter your payment details and submit your application. Upon successful verification and payment processing, you will receive an email with your login informaiton. This usually takes less than 1 business day. (Note: you aren't charged anything to become a client; you card gets charged only when you order background checks and screenings). From the email, enter the Account, User ID and Password in the Log In box found at the top left of our web site. Then click the Log In button. Your login is processed and you are taken to your personal Home page. From your Personal Home Page, you can move to the various sections of our web site. The most common and frequently used areas are the Order page and the Reports page. One the Order page, you can select one or more Products (background searches and scans) for a prospective or current employee. You have to enter their name, social security number, and so on. Once you've selected the searches and scans you want us to do for you, just click the Confirm button. Next, go to the Reports section. This part of our web site shows you the status of all your orders, listing the name of the person being researched, and the status of the searches and scans. During the research, the status will be Pending; once the research is finished, the status changes to Complete. You can then view the results of the research simply by clicking on the the person's name. Our state-of-the-art
